TRANSFERABLE 20 YEAR WARRANTY

Paint warranty
Gutter and Downspout installations are a polyester Paint finish and are warranted not to chip, crack, peel, blister or fade non-uniformly. Paint finish is covered for a period of not less than 20-years. AGS Gutter Hood has the Kynar 500 Paint finish Kynar500 will not fade more than 4 Delta Hunter Units within 20 years. Paint warranty does not cover tiger striping. Some homes may experience atmospheric conditions that require cleaning.

Defect warranty
Gutters, end caps, miters, elbows, hangers, down-spout pipe, and fasteners are to be free from manufacture defects for a period of not less than 20-years. Defects discovered should be reported in writing immediately to prevent collateral damage Workmanship warranty
All workmanship is warranted for 20-years. Void if gutters are removed and reinstalled by persons other than AGS technicians.

Function warranty
Rain Handling System will meet or exceed building
codes. All mitered corners and end caps are
warranted not to leak for 20-years. Should a leak
develop do not attempt to repair. Call AGS for free
service. Corners modified by persons other than
AGS personnel are void of function and workman-
ship warranty and will require additional work to
reseal and will result in service charges.

Remedies of warranty
At the discretion of All Gutter Systems, All Gutter
Systems will remove, replace, or modify existing
gutters to correct the problem, and/or refund the
purchase price.

Transferable warranty
All warranties are transferable to the next home
owner and must be faxed to 616-532-4114
